Step 3: Secure Your Next Home, Then List Your Current One
Once your offer is accepted and you’re officially under contract on your new home, we’ll immediately:

✔️ Match up the closing dates – This ensures a smooth transition between selling and buying.
Step 4: Make the Transition Smooth
✔️ We expect offers quickly if the home is priced correctly!
✔️ Need more time? We can negotiate a lease-back option, allowing you to stay in your current home until your new one is ready.
